Vee Loo Guna & Associates (VLG) is a leading chartered accounting firm offering comprehensive auditing, assurance, taxation, GST consultancy, accounting, and business advisory services. Established in 2010, VLG is a merger of three prominent firms based in the Klang Valley, Selangor.

M.Rajaretnam
AUDIT PARTNER
M.Rajaretnam is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute. His career began in a commercial company before he moved to audit practice as a junior audit staff. Following that he acquired experience at medium-sized audit firms before establishing his own practice as a sole proprietor in 2000. Then later merged with two other firms to operate under Vee Loo Guna & Associates.
He has extensive experience in Audit, Taxation, and Corporate Advisory for over 30 years. He is also actively involved in advising and developing business models and structures for clients in various industries.
T.Karutharangan
TAX PARTNER
T. Karutharangan is a highly qualified professional, holding fellow memberships with the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and the Association of International Accountants (UK), and is also a licensed tax agent. He began his career in 1996 as a Junior Audit Staff at Kumpulan Naga, Chartered Accountants, and later worked as an Accounts Executive at Naza Motor Trading Sdn Bhd. In 2004, he joined Hume Roofing Products Sdn. Bhd. (a Hong Leong Group company), where he spent 16 years rising to the position of Accounts Manager. During his tenure, he collaborated with KPMG’s external auditors and managed accounting, taxation, and costing functions. Currently, Karutharangan ensures that accounting and tax procedures are meticulously executed according to International Accounting Standards and Malaysian tax regulations, maintaining high standards in financial practices for client compliance and well-being. His expertise in financial management, taxation, and compliance, combined with his strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, make him a valuable asset in the field.
